Conversations In Beauty is a Nurse Practitioner owned and operated clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. We are a devoted compassionate and patient centered clinic for people desiring weight management and hormone replacement therapy. As we age, we will all have hormone levels that will begin to decline-Don’t settle for symptoms. Latasha is a certified Evexias provider, providing hormone replacement options with superior pellet therapy. We look to empower and motivate individuals during their personal journeys to create sustainable lifestyle changes and a personal culture of optimal health

Latasha Wiley founder, owner, and Nurse Practitioner for Conversations In Beauty. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2013 and earned her Master’s Degree in 2019. In addition to being certified as a Family Nurse practitioner with a background in Bariatric, Emergency Medicine, Palliative and Hospice Nursing just to name a few. She is also certified as an Eversense provider specializing in the insertion and removal of the 6-month continuous glucose monitors as well as an Evexipel Provider specializing in Hormone Replacement, weight loss, Acute Care Services, and as an Aesthetics Provider. She has a deep-rooted passion for the well-being of her community. She understands how complex weight loss can be and is excited to tailor a plan for you.
